Hello Everyone,

First and foremost I want to thank everyone who came out to support the fundraiser on November 13, 2011 for the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society. It was a huge success, so much support came from my wonderful clients. I love my job because I get to be with the animals I love everyday but, the wonderful people I have met throughout the years here, make this an even more rewarding place to work for. Thank you all again for your participation in a cause that means so much to me.

I want to take this opportunity to announce the winner of the Halloween Costume Contest that took place this year. This was our 4th Annual event and though there were less participants than last year, everyone did a great job with the costumes. The winner this year was "Batman": a domestic short-hair feline belonging to Karen Black. Congratulations! He won a gift card to PetSmart! He will also be our featured pet on our website so everyone can see how good he looks.

Well, its that time of year. Yes! It's the holidays; and though many of us celebrate our holidays differently, I, for instance, celebrate Christmas. I love everything and anything that has to do with the Christmas season, such as the songs, the decorations, the presents and, let's not forget, Santa Claus. We here at Galloway embrace all the holiday celebrations that happen during this time of year and hope every one can spend these special times with family. Have a safe and wonderful New Year!
